BluePhone ("we", "our", or "us") provides a dedicated UK virtual phone number (+44 020 XXXX XXXX) that allows customers worldwide to receive calls via a smartphone app using VoIP technology. No SIM card is required. We are registered as a sole trader (eenmanszaak) in the Netherlands. Our website is bluephone.co.uk.
We only collect the data necessary to provide our service. This includes: your email address, the UK phone number assigned to your account, call logs (date, time, duration, caller's number), your device token (for push notifications), and your Stripe customer ID.
We absolutely do not store call content or audio recordings.
Your data is used strictly to operate the BluePhone service. We use your device token to route incoming calls. Your call logs are kept so you can view your history. One Device Policy: One account equals one UK number and one active device at a time. Logging in on a new device logs out the previous one.
Your data is securely stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) with servers located in Europe. We share data strictly with Telnyx (call routing), Firebase (database/push), and Stripe (payments). We never see or store your credit card details.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. BluePhone is a technical forwarding service, not a telecom operator. The service is provided "as-is" with no uptime guarantee. Subscriptions are non-refundable once the UK number has been assigned.

Welcome to BluePhone (bluephone.co.uk). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. BluePhone operates as a sole trader (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands.
BluePhone is a technical service provider, not a licensed telecom operator. We assign one dedicated UK virtual phone number per subscription. The UK number is owned by BluePhone, is strictly non-transferable, and cannot be ported out.
The subscription is £15 per month, billed via Stripe. There are no refunds once a UK number has been assigned and activated. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
We enforce a strict "one account, one number, one active device at a time" policy. The service is for personal use only; commercial resale is prohibited. You must not use the service for any illegal activity.
BluePhone does not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, for fraud, abuse, illegal use, or chargebacks. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
