Welcome to BluePhone (bluephone.co.uk). By subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
1. Service Description
BluePhone is a technical VoIP service provider, not a licensed telecom operator. We assign one dedicated UK virtual phone number per subscription for receiving incoming calls only. The UK number is non-transferable and cannot be ported out. BluePhone does not support calls to emergency services (999, 112). In case of emergency, always use a traditional mobile phone or landline.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BluePhone. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Subscription & Payment
The subscription is £15 per month, billed automatically via Stripe. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. If a payment fails, you have 7 days to update your payment details via your dashboard. After 7 days of non-payment, a final warning email is sent. After 14 days of non-payment, your account will be deactivated and your dedicated UK number will be permanently released back into our inventory and may be reassigned to another customer. We cannot guarantee the same number will be available if you resubscribe.
4. Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions (£15/month): No refunds. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Yearly subscriptions (£149/year): Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase by contacting admin@bluephone.app. After 30 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent automatic renewal.
Accounts that initiate chargebacks or payment disputes will be permanently blocked from the service and their UK number immediately released.
5. Acceptable Use
One account per person. One number per account. One active device at a time. The service is for personal use only; commercial resale is strictly prohibited. You must not use the service for any illegal activity, harassment, fraud, or abuse. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
6. Liability & Availability
BluePhone does not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed calls, service outages, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. BluePhone is not a replacement for traditional telephone services.
7. Cancellation & Termination
Cancellation by you: When you cancel your subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. At the end of that period, your UK number is permanently released from your account and may be reassigned to another customer. You will no longer be able to receive calls on that number. We cannot reserve or hold numbers after cancellation.
Termination by us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violations of these terms. Upon termination, your UK number is released immediately and may be reassigned.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
